Dr Peter Fiore

Dr Fiore is a director of several mining companies that hold concessions in Africa. Dr Fiore brings to the company consulting services and relationships in Africa at the highest levels. Dr Fiore has pioneered a successful resources house of African concessions. Dr Fiore is an experienced and successful entrepreneur who has experience in the IPO and corporate governance processes. Dr Fiore is also a director of Gemstar Diamonds Ltd, Africa Resources Ltd and Resource Investments (International) Pty Ltd.

Mr Anthony Lewis

Mr Lewis has developed extensive management competencies over more than 20 years engaged in business development, project management, strategic planning, contract administration, commercial negotiation and relationship management. Anthony has international experience with a leading Japanese global trading house, key marketing roles with a large Australian primary produce exporter, business development and analysis experience with a capital city municipality and wide commercial exposure to industrial and mining companies as a commercial manager with a major water utility.

In late 2006 Anthony rejoined the private sector as Managing Director of a public unlisted company established to develop innovative solutions for water management, wastewater recycling and environmental infrastructure projects. In early 2008 Anthony added to his role by accepting a position as CEO for a Pilbara-based general contracting company servicing the iron ore industry.

From 2009 Anthony has become increasingly involved in both company secretarial and executive management roles for a number of Australian-based minerals exploration companies.

Mr John Chegwidden

Mr Chegwidden has over 20 years experience as an accountant and management consultant, including managing his own chartered accounting practise. Mr Chegwidden has a strong knowledge of the agribusiness, mining and resource sectors in Australia, with key competencies in agribusiness management, materials processing, marketing and financial management. More recently he has consulted to a number of listed companies and negotiated with capital financiers on the behalf of junior exploration and agribusiness companies. 

Mr Chegwidden was a founding director of Hazelwood Resources Ltd, an ASX listed exploration and mining company. He was also a director of Aurox Resources Limited, an ASX listed mining and exploration company, and served in the capacity of both executive and non - executive director until January 2006. Currently Mr Chegwidden is an executive director of 3D Resources Limited, and a director of Hazelwood Resources Limited.

Mr Vincent Ferraloro

Mr Ferraloro is a director of several privately owned mining and exploration entities in both Australia and Africa. Mr Ferraloro has over two decades in specialty risk management and leads Africa Uranium Ltd's risk assessment procedures, assisting the company to develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies within its Africa operations.

Mr Ferraloro has extensive corporate experience in directing mining companies within Africa and brings with him a wealth of key industry contacts. 

Mr Drew Madacsi

Mr Madacsi is currently contracted to Resource Investments (International) Pty Ltd, an asset acquisition entity based in Malta but operating in Africa and Australia. As their Head of Operations, he is tasked with all asset management and acquisition on the african continent. He also currently consults to 16 international companies operating in africa, providing high level oversight and established relationships with regulatory bodies in key countries. Mr Madacsi has consulted extensively throughout Asia, North America and Africa over the last decade, amassing a diverse range of relationships.

With extensive experience in various senior corporate roles, he has a proven track record of running complex corporate structures with turnovers between USD$50 - $400 million, enhancing a company's ability to focus on remaining fiscally sound. He has outstanding previous results in motivating and focusing large employee teams (+450), and has shown strong judgement in realising forward strategic goals without sacrificing due diligence.

Mr Madacsi is also currently part of the corporate negotiation team of several junior uranium, diamond and reconstruction entities.


Risk Management

The Board is responsible for overseeing the Company's risk management and control framework.

Responsibility for control and risk management is delegated to the appropriate level of management within the Company with the General Manager having direct responsibility to the Board for the risk management and control framework. Arrangements put in place by the Board to monitor risk management include monthly reporting to the Board in respect of operations and the financial position of the Company.
