About Africa Uranium

Company Overview

Africa Uranium is an unlisted public company based in Australia

The Company was formed in 2006 for the purpose of developing a portfolio of Uranium and precious metal exploration targets which contain identified or potential resources capable of being taken into development and production.

In establishing this portfolio, Africa Uranium has acquired in its own right, an interest in several uranium projects in Namibia and South Africa. The major projects include the Hoasib Uranium Project (Namibia) and potentially several South Africa uranium concessions in the Karoo Basin region. To add to the company's strength, it has also solidified relationships with representatives of key African countries and regulatory bodies. The company promotes its "boutique" operational size, allowing it to move quickly and strategically in acquiring and realizing solid returns on all asset investments.

Africa Uranium believes that its expertise in uranium, its portfolio of highly prospective projects in highly sought after areas, as well as its extensive contacts of government and industry will significantly enhance the Company’s ability to identify and develop significant uranium resources. Africa Uranium remains committed to its corporate, environmental and social responsibility as well as the promotion of nuclear power as a low cost environmentally sound energy source.
